All buildings should have open staircase. When buildings have staircase closed behind door, it does not remain safe to climb it. This forces everybody to use lift, which is a wastage of power and bad for physical fitness as well.

Dear modi ji..i want to suggest u two very important points 1.i f u want to give impetus to solar energy..please start with all the government buildings in delhi and in a phased manner..make it compulsory for every govt building to make its own power using solar panels. 2. if u want to really empower women participation in every field of society..make competitive examination fees for women to zero or a very nominal one.thousands of girls are not able to even fill the form of govt services exam

All buildings and houses should be made to install compost plants and rain water harvesting. This should be made a compulsory rule and tax should be based on it. Those who don't do it should be made to pay higher taxes.

100 years ago we were not forced to migrate from home towns to other places in country or outside, as enterprising indians created work in their native place. Due to loot/destruction of indigenous economy and policy of 'divide hindu to rule india' by british (continued by congress for 60 years) now all of us are forced to leave our 'janni and janmbhoomi' for few thousand rupee job. Migration has converted cities in urban slums. So policy should aim for finding work for all in their hometowns.

Limit holding of housing land/flats/bungalows etc to a certain sq. mtr. per head. This will help to bring down prices as well as availability of house to every one.(As I understand there is a limit on one can hold agricultural land per head up to 5 hectare only)

I am presently in Singapore. The urban housing projects by the Singapore govt. are 30-40 years old and they are amazingly well designed. No one will complain with such kind of housing. So for Urban Housing, please follow Singapore. Every complex has 6-10 blocks, market, community center, shops and general physician clinics. Some also have Center for Dialysis, etc. special care centers. Each staircase turn has at least two CCTV cameras.
