The hospitals shoud be graded in A, B, C, & D categories.
For every 1000 population 10 bed A grade primary hospitals should be opened.Dr. should be required to visit at last 5 families in week for health at home.
On every 10 A grade primary hospital there should be one B grade 20 bed hospital.

A good initiative in health sector. But from where doctors will be available. In my openion medically skilled BDS/ MDS doctors may be engaged by giving specilised short course/ training for primary health sectors. Especially gynaecologist training may be given to female BDS/ MDS doctors to achieve goal of good health to all.

I feel that this is a very good health plan for the less advantaged. I myself am studying to be a doctor and have a dream of serving the poor people free on specific days of the week. This scheme put forth by the government will also help improve India's health and hygiene greatly.

The scheme seems comprehensive and self attaining the goal of universal health coverage. It lives to the idea of inclusive growth. Care must be taken that almost every hospital accepts payments done through this scheme.
It must also cover as many diseases as possible. Target identification is most important. The benefits must reach to the intended beneficiaries.
