I would suggest building a skywalk as it is really difficult for the senior citizens and a common man (citizen without a personal vehicle) to reach the new NMMC Headquarters with their grievances. The heavy traffic from and to the JNPT makes it totally impossible for a senior citizen to access the building. Once we reach the main gate you will find that Major emphasis is given on the way for VIP vehicles and a small pathway is left for pedestrians to reach the stairs(what is the motive)???

The condition of NMMC vehicles is that the clothes get torn due to unfxed seats and sides of buses cause the passengers clothes to tear.
Special attention is given only to AC buses, are the people travelling in regular buses not your citizens?

Navi Mumbai is amazing, no doubt about that.
Smart Healthcare, Smart Infrastructure, Smart Sanitation and Healthcare it has it all. A city where the Nature and people reside together in harmony.
My only concern is the following:
The transport service of NMMC is very poor, same buses are being used for years and that is becoming the major reason of pollution. If you want your citizen's vehicles to be PUC compiled but do public transport vehicles meet the standards.

The most important thing in city is to improve public transport, (1) Have smart buses with GPS fitted so that everyone using an app/SMS can know when the next bus will come, (2) Maintain roads and sidewalks properly .

water is lost due to evaporation at source (dam), which can be prevented by taking some precautionary measures.so it is suggested that NMMC shall take initiative for the same so that water can be saved at source and can be make available to citizens for longer period.

There should be improvement in the city’s green cover, rehabilitation of hawkers and developing Wi-Fi spots in the city.

For a smart city there is main criteria is good transportation. Currently it has the worst & time consuming rail transport (local). So it may be change with best & advance services. Like (i) Air conditioned locals (ii) Fast locals with separate track (iii) Number of passenger traveling per local have limitations.(iv) Frequency of local should be increased. (v) Ist class compartment number should be increased.
