Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) is making all efforts to make citizens comfortable by giving them all infrastructure available to them. The Achievements of NMMC as known to citizens are mentioned below:

• High per capita income and cosmopolitan population
• Higher Education Institutes- Engineering, Management and Medical
• Major industrial area across Thane Belapur Road
• Biggest trading APMC
• Part of Proposed Knowledge Corridor
• Two big Infotech parks and presence of major players in these parks and outside
• Planned Urban Development
• Picturesque coastal area and very green Parsik hill
• Local dialling with the commercial capital

The objective of the consultations with the Citizens of Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation is to motivate the people to get involved in the process of development of city into SMART CITY taking advantage of above schemes & to know the views and concerns of the stakeholders about the city. Their views and suggestions will have major contribution in formulating the vision for the city. This is an effort to connect YOU as a citizen to your local Government.

Your responses shall help us incorporate your inputs and emerge as a winner in the list of 10 cities that will undertake the smart city journey from Government of Maharashtra. Ideas are sought related to smart governance, smart information, smart citizens, smart mobility, smart energy etc. which are ecologically friendly, technologically integrated and meticulously planned with a particular reliance on the use of information technology to improve efficiency.

city which has major basic facilities should consider the option of use of technology to improve its services and facilities to all sections of society and also should concentrate on improving the quality of life by planting more trees making public places accessable to all just like singapore and amsterdam.Walking and Cycling should be promoted by city authorities

Navi Mumbai needs an identity which goes beyond just a satellite city... technology hub, manufacturing hub, green city, futuristic city etc.. the options are numerous..specific issues (like improper pathways, roads, high electricity bills etc) can be tackled by targeted efforts but long term vision is needed where Culture and Identity is given preference which becomes its USP Navi Mumbai has lot of open spaces which should be utilized for Exhibition centers, cultural events and concerts

Intelligent traffic system:-Automated traffic signals with mechanism to recognize offenders and issue fines. Sustainable transport:-Utilize all modes of transport including roadways, railways as well as waterways, promote a sharing model and use eco-friendly means of transport .

Sanitation and smart waste management:-Modern, clean toilets, and a system for segregation and recycling of waste. Open green areas, pedestrian and cycling tracks:-Gardens and theme parks for recreation and space for pedestrians and cyclists. Evident, public parks have all below standards equipments and pavements, pipes in between grounds, illegal truck parking in residential area, chemical and gas leakeages from industrial area, uncovered strom water drainage system, No fire drills by firefightes, illelegal constructions and addings floors and then getting is regularized which puts pressure on existing infrastructure. First of all we need to understand that what is Smart City means. It means a city which is self sustainable and ecologically well balanced and also brings social well being of its residents. We have seen tremendous development in Navi Mumbai but we have completely lost the edge irregular development and shoddy on the ground execution. My humbal request to MODI shahab that Government employe hasn't face problem now because they have reguler income but general public has how to handle his life whenever does not know business or work so I requesting here how to solve like same.Today lot of stop pulses are available in the godown but there is no use for general public i.e. lose of revenue till to solve the case and otherwise way of undertable sorce .Please care all to stand equal.But reservation not a solution of skillness.
