सध्या अनेक शहरांना झोपडपट्टीचा विळखा पडलेला आहे, त्यांना जनतेच्या करातून फुकटात घरे देणे हे करदात्यामध्ये द्वेषाचे कारण बनत आहे. तरी labor zone च्या माध्यमातून ह्या प्रश्नाला सोडविता येवू शकते. सरकारने अशा सर्व लोकांसाठी labor zone उभे करून त्यात झोपडपट्टी धारकाला भाडेपट्ट्यावर घरे द्यावीत. अशा माध्यमातून त्या zone मध्ये तेथील लोकांसाठी शाळा, रुग्णालये ह्या सुविधा पुरविणे शक्य होईल. तसेच भाडेपट्ट्यावर असले कारणांने सरकारला उत्पन्न होवून तिथे सुविधा देणे शक्य होईल.
