Women play very important role in upliftment of Society. It is also felt that the rural women hesitate to come forward and take the initiative individually hence need is felt to strengthen them by mobilizing them in group.

Accordingly, ICDS Department UT of Dadra and Nagar Haveli has framed Mahila Mandals covering the remote areas under each Anganwadi Centres.

Mahila Mandal Comprises of local women’s

1. Lady Sarpanch / Lady Member of Panchayat Chairman
2. Anganwadi Worker Member Secretary
3. Primary School Lady Teacher Member
4. Train Dai Member
5. Social Worker Member
6. Gram Sevika Member

Regular meeting of Malila Mandal is to be conducted at their level covering the local issues. Women are mobilized to raise the voice against practices among villages like early marriage / School droop out / Child labour / Girl child issues etc.

Women can also be kept awarded on general issues regarding their rights etc. and the various scheme implemented by the Govt. of India for their benefit.

Changes in Women can definitely bring a change in the Society and we can move head for betterment.

The Department is inviting comments in this regards from expertise in the field so that the same can be adopted by the Department of these unprivileged rural people can get the benefit what they deserve.

for making clean market should plant dusbins form road side in the every half km , so that all people in the market and easily find thought the wastage in to it , most of the people dont want to through by road side but if not proper place for wastage they though any where , and after most people habitualy through the wastage and filth in to road or split at ant place specialy on back side of wall or pillars , for that govt. must charge haeavy amount as a punishment which make the people think

every month municiple office staff , take biometric feedback of each and every location of thier working area for carrying filth every day cleanning roads , collecting garbage every day, than local residence respond according the services and as per feed back salary send to staff , along with that first ensure that all citizens must have dustbin in thier home and send all wastage item in to it ,and all locality have dustbin sides for collection.

suppose swachh bharat abhiyan , 100 crore so far spend by govt. to make aware the people for cleanness and hgyniene. but i simple task of biometric feed back collection of local municipal corporation and responcible body by local residence make huge change , like if the municipal corporation didnt sent their employ to clean road or every day collection of filth or garbage form city or local palces or residence and properly dumpped in to recycle .

today if govt. ask citizen , for any procedure to obtain any certificate of govt. i think 90% people dont know the right procedure , they always goes to brokar s and others to obtain these govt. documents and pay them money, this is happening beacause of ignorence of information. to make any scheme and to implement it successfull depend on the feedback of benificiar, if govt, make the policy of biometric approval of citizen reply for any services released by govt. counti..

first govt. should make a govt. body who is only in act of door to door, knocking the rural or urban citizen for schemes & policy or any govt. initiative , with full comprahansive guide for each family , which compile the contact , scheme , procedure , local office , prompt action for non -corporation of officer, 24 x7 call centre , and after that must be name of your area officer whi will came to your door and ask for your signature after you recieved the services and completed.

It's very true but sad that people but also equally important and true to know that only women empowerment is t the answer, there are the joint efforts of both t grow the better society, no single parent is able to produce and nurture any thing in this world from humans to plants to every thing which is there in our system by way of mechanical or electrical or any thing, So my request is to promote a god synergy and understanding between both the genders and come up

Like jan dhan yojana 11 million acconnt opened , but out of 11 million hardly 1 million account opened for rural people and these rural are from near by city areas , extreme rural and little deep rural even not liten this scheme and if listen they dont know the procedure of account opening , if they try to contact bank they open their genral saving accout with their regular charged fee , so actual benificars out of the scheme who need it more than city residents. countinue....

social and economical development of women and others depends on the communication and delivery of services by govt. or private . in present time most of the communication by media , both the type and elctronic ,or advetisement, but gap between the services and people is leaked by some inactive or more better called currupt officers , and lead by insuffciant information of any scheme . countinue......next
