my neighbour who is a labour have five girls.all of his girls study in school and college, i think if her elder girl who is good in study if find any financial help then she must improve her life and family also.but living in a village no one will help her to get her livelihood.i think one day if we recruited her under mnrega programme for teaching all womens in my village then both of them benefit by this schemes.

The access of women particularly those belonging to weaker sections including Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/ Other backward Classes and minorities, majority of whom are in the rural areas and in the informal, unorganized sector – to education, health and productive resources, among others, is inadequate. Therefore, they remain largely marginalized, poor and socially excluded.Plight of Rural Women persist across the country.

First to give jobs as per thier qualifications to all womens , whether rural or urban or suburban , all women must be in govt. jobs. this is key to women empowerment and development. , 90 % of women not came forward agianst crime becuase they are not educated , no security of livelyhood and they are abandoned for decision making untill they are not earning money . most domestic women voilence happan because of no sorce of income other than his own father , husband or others.
