Addressing his fellow Indians from the Red Fort on 15th August 2014 the Prime Minister called for replacing the Planning Commission with another Institution that is in sync with the modern times and most importantly in sync with the aspirations of 21st century India. The Prime Minister also emphasized on the important role the states have to play in taking the nation forward.

This forum invites your innovative ideas on what shape will this proposed institution take in terms of structure, composition and area of functioning. Another area of focus that requires your inputs is how this proposed institution can enhance Centre-State coordination and thus become a true celebration of India’s Federal Structure.

India will be SuperPower,most honest and uncorrupted country in the world at near future.Democratic India will make permanent peace for mankind.The Time will be merciful to us and will spread the power of domocracy to all over the planet.Its true that sometime u have to become strong to make peace.So India have to become strong.science and technology can do this and The Supreme God will help us.Pls listen the voice of India.we will be bound by nationalism through MyGov and never will be fail.

If I click a 'like'..There should be open a list with 3 option(or as govt. choice).1st=60%(no.of like),2nd=80%(no.of like)-bcoz lots of people dont like a comment totally.So it may be a choice for them and will help govt. to select comment.3rd=100%(no.of like).If govt. want to discuss,select innovative opinion,list those comments on the homepage after creating menubar option and take a online voting(only like and dislike-no 3 list).It will help govt. to take decision and also will encourage us.

It is an excellent step. The new body should have only experts of respective field. Like Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants, Company Secretaries, Engineers, Doctors etc etc.. Bureaucrats should not be even allowed to enter that building. Similarly while preparation of budget etc. professional should be involved more than bureaucrats.

नए संस्थान "राष्ट्रीय अधिष्ठान " पूरे राष्ट्र के लिए एक नीतिगत मानक संस्थान के रूप मे स्वीकारी होवे ,इसके लिए इस संस्थान मे राज्यों की सीधी भागीदारी होगी । तभी राष्ट्र का संघीय स्वरूप सामने आ पाएगा ।एक ऐसा मानक संस्थान जिसकी मान्यता भौगोलिक सीमाओं मे बंधी न हो ।

नया "राष्ट्रीय अधिष्ठान " का स्वरूप पूरी तरह से एक "नियामक" का होना चाहिए ,अधिनायक का नहीं । राज्यों के योजना आयोगों से इसका कोई सीधा संबंध होना जरूरी नहीं । नया संस्थान बहुत कम जटिलता एवं नियमों वाला हो ।राज्यों को योजना एवं क्रियान्वयन मे सिर्फ मांगी जा रही सहयोग देने वाला हो ।

Super, I support this concept. I have observed that, many states will increase their MLA's salary by considering neighboring states MLA Salary. But if you consider any firm, the person will not decide his salary. So can you please implement a new rule of deciding the salary centrally for all the states MLAs instead each states increasing their salaries every year or once in 2/3 years. The institution that gets replaced for PC, can take care of these items & we can reduce the overall expenses

"राष्ट्रीय अधिष्ठान " नाम के नए प्रतिष्ठान के द्वारा निश्चित तौर पर राष्ट्र का संघीय ढांचा मजबूत होगा ।इस प्रतिष्ठान को ऐसी विशिष्टता प्रदान किया जाय कि इसके कार्य कलाप मे किसी भी व्यक्ति या समिति (इसमे नियुक्त ) का प्रभाव नगण्य हो बल्कि स्व प्रकाश युक्त बिना किसी पद धारित के भी यह अपना कार्य पूरी तरह से कर सके । श्रुति वाक्यों की तरह पूरी तरह से नीति निर्देशक हो ।
