Addressing his fellow Indians from the Red Fort on 15th August 2014 the Prime Minister called for replacing the Planning Commission with another Institution that is in sync with the modern times and most importantly in sync with the aspirations of 21st century India. The Prime Minister also emphasized on the important role the states have to play in taking the nation forward.

This forum invites your innovative ideas on what shape will this proposed institution take in terms of structure, composition and area of functioning. Another area of focus that requires your inputs is how this proposed institution can enhance Centre-State coordination and thus become a true celebration of India’s Federal Structure.

5) than last prime minister discuss of this committee report to another chief minister so solution easily apply to state and work speed is increased if distributed work done by all committee.

3) committee crated than this committee work on specific state e.g UP has water related problem than committee focus on water related problem first than Bihar has electricity related problem than bihar committee focus on this problem so all state have main problem solved in initial 5 years. 4) this committee create all report and estimated cost solutions for this problems than submit report to prime minister.

In my idea is very simple. first in old planning commission only 4 to 5 member in planning commission for 5 years so only 4 or 5 state of member in planning commission so e.g if one member of bihar than how to know another state of problem? so i have some idea about new commission. 1) create 3 member of team for every state so india has total 29 state so 29 state of committee created. 2) In committee all 3 member of one specific state e.g Bihar committee has 3 member which is from only bihar.

Sir G,भारत की जनसंख्या का 65% युवा होना जो ब्रम्हान्ड मे बताकर जश्न हम मनायेंगे शेष 35% ने क्या message दिया जनसंख्या वृद्धि दर?और अधूरे संस्कार!रोहतक की बस मे दो बच्चियों के साथ छेड़छाड़-पूरी बस के यात्रियों ने बेहद शरीफाना परिचय दिया भारत किसी एक शरीफ का देश नहीं-शरीफों का देश है और ऐसी घटनाओं के Entertainment मे सबसे ज्यादा शरीफों को आनन्द आता है(एक शोध)!देश का पुलिस बल भी इसी समाज के बीच से आया है और आयेगा ।1500 व्यक्तियों पर एक constable(एक रिपोर्ट )।हमारे यहाँ तो 5000 पर एक का औसत होगा मानसिक रूप से बोझिल व्यक्ति से स्वच्छ उम्मीद ?सारा कुछ जनता के बीच के अच्छे प्रबंध कर्ता Manage करते है।हा-हा-हा हम तो और शरीफ हो गये। वंदेमातरम् ।क्षमा प्रार्थना के साथ।

An institution dedicated to development should be formed and the policies should be framed on actual facts and changed as an when the circumstances and situation change to ensure updated relevant policies. Every city and village should have a policy specifically designed for them not all cities and villages are developed at the same level neither do all places have the same cost of living etc so therefore policies need to be tailor made for each different area according to their need

Sir,One humble request to Create"MISCELLANEOUS GROUP". No doubt MyGov provide its members one stop platform to share views and ideas on issues of national importance but due to lack of just one more group under the head of "MISCELLANEOUS" the topics transcend all the groups due to their scope and importance become less effective. As members have no option to share views and ideas on all other different issues of social importance so they post their such views under the various irrelevant groups.

Commission to be driving engine for digital India, be transformation- transition vehicle and to buttress-further social- economic- security edifice. Structure and operation to lend capacity for idea germination (have best brains and professionals, platforms and forums), knowledge generation (organic- open sourcing, free-institutionalized flow of information) and dispensation (supervise-check-audit).
