Dear Sir, After working In a Private, Foriegn & A Public sector Bank these are the few changes which I observed and suggest that could help the performance of PSB's: 1) Employees in PSB, due to their age and Job Security are adamant to learn new skills and method which is basically because of the mindset, this needs to be changed with Trainings and similar Programmes 2) Renumeration of the employees need to be changed and should have a variable component based on performance.

Creat full fledged Board of Directors with eminent personalities from financial and economic field. Empower them to take decisions for all round development with competing each other. Take quick actions against nonperformers or culprits. Let there be customer first attitude.
