The prime minster took an excellent initiative by getting account opened by all citizens. But to simplify the issues it would be better that instruction are issued that no bank would open account of any person who already has account in any other bank By having multiple accounts, the individual may have some interest, but certainly it's not healthy for the country. A lot of manpower and effort is required to maintain an account balance Thus it's wastage of human resource which can be saved

First of all educate all employees about how to talk/behave/deal with customers and what is their responsibility. Give easy access to customer care numbers. Ask all employees to check email regularly at least. make an easy michenism to customers to give feedback in system for every visit to the branch, then can just push the button and give the quality score, which can be reviewed by the BM or superior. encourage people with good score. set minimum standard for infrastructure.

Respected Sir, 1. Banks should be given equal powers which are enjoying by Tax authorities in recovering dues. Because, banks are advancing Govt & public money. 2. Employees should be paid as per industry level pay. Poor bankers begging from past 2 yrs for wage revision. There should be proper mechanism to put in place to address the monetary related issues. 3. Individual accountability should be put on for all level employees. 4. Freedom should be given to boards in taking decisions.
