To draft separate policy in respect of current challenges. Uproot old policy and bring new ideas in public sector banks. Make free from local politicians and influential persons. Recruit staff through conduct strict exams. Higher authorities should watch day to day activities of PSB. Men+Material+Money of this3Ms are very important to activate PSB in working field. In our country making policy is not a easy task because every policy misuse by corrupt ones ...take care on every activity..

Private Banks are better than Nationalized banks. They use to go on strike from time to time for increment in their salary. but they are not prompt in their service. They use to ban use of mobile phone in banking hall but they themselves talking over phone & not attending the customers, But private banks run over by mobile phone & they welcome the customers. I appreciate the service of all Private Banks.Plz do some thing to improve the service of Nationalized Banks. It is very boring & timetaking

Unproductive non banking activities like selling insurance policies, collecting electricity bills or water charges consume the energies & time of bank employees.Banks should not be burdened with these tasks. There is very little time to monitor NPAs. After the VRS in 2001 & sluggish recruitment there is severe manpower crunch in banks. Need -based allocation of manpower is also not done by the managements.Top executives do not interact with &elicit the views of branch managers regarding problems

Tie up with corporate sectors for salary dispenses credit cards and loans. Reduce the turnaround time for customers while doing deposits/ withdrawal/ Loan products. Bank executives have to learn patience rather than screaming on customers.

Firstly, make it compulsory for all public sector bank employees to undergo a training in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Let the higher authorities decide its contours. Secondly, digitize and synchronize all private and public sector bank branches nation-wide. This will help keep wilful or even helpless defaulters of loans at bay. What happens today is that a person ditches one bank - changes his address - opens an account in some other bank - again seeks a loan and defaults.

Sir, last few months the oil prices have fallen significantly and is projected to fall further, as a result, we have made wind fall gain due to lowering our import commitments. Also, this will have significant great geo-political ramifications, mainly with Russia, who is one of our largest military suppliers. India is in strong position, we can achieve many objectives (short to medium) due to recent sharp fall in oil prices. "Strategic thinking & execution required"

Service charges should be less and core banking charges should be free. Particularly State Bank of India is imposing lots of charges on customers, like pass-book printing charge, Green Chanel Card, Core Banking Charge, SMS Charge, ATM Card replacement charge and so many other charges. If it will be less or free, people will come forward and they will open account and will be happy to save their money. Education Loan is costly than Car Loan and Home loan, It should be free or less interest.
