performance can improve only if all service benefits, are linked to performance. as on date, not only there is promotion on service length, even there are schemes of non-functional financial upgradation, based on service length and ACRs. ACRs is only an ANNUAL CHAMCHAGIRI REPORT and has nothing to do with performance of last 365 days. problem in present government is 1st class leader with 3rd class team. slow pace of reforms is also due to over-concentration of decision making powers in PMO

Sir like kcc rural housing loan scheme should be introduced. Because crop loan Are mainly used in this... my experience. ....

Merging of psu bank is necessary & digitalisation of rrb are essential with merging in nationalized bank.. in rural banker should be of local to make good banking & banker will know villagers effectively

1. Do away with infusion of Capital in PSU Banks. Let the banks be given autonomy to tap market as and when required. 2. Certain weak PSU banks should be privatised. 3.No Loan waiver and other populist measures.Autonomy should be given to MD and Board, not depending upon Government.

1. The proposed Neeti commission may be named Neeti Nirdharan Commission 2. It must be having a division to set Goal for the nation. It will help all the state to work in specific direction and creat harmony in efforts 3 the division of UIDI and Direct transfer must be under one umbrella 4 A division for Innovation, Science and Technology must be there to cater the needs for fututre
