Employees satisfation level is very low in psb.it is due to the comparitive work pressure and salary to other central govt employees.2 years already over finished for settlement. Until the employees get satisfied thd result will be nt so mych favourable. The unconditional govt policies are also responsible for these causes. Give the respect to the banker get the best from them. Thanking you

1. Govt should publish that no loan is free. It has to be paid with interest. 2. Law should be time bound on recovery and should not stretch with some other pretext in various courts. 3.The Banks are for public. Ensure better bank branch with all amenities. 4. Restrict number of customer per Bank branch (maximum) so as to continuous better service. 5. Seggregae back office work from branch banking so as to serve many customers. 5. Make pay and package competitive to retain talent.

The comparison between PSBs and Private banks is itself a ill conceived idea. PSBs have many social objectives to satisfy. If at all the efficiency to be increased the immediate two things to be introduced are 1) 5 days week and 2) Regulated working hours as in France, Germany etc..

Fear of the Govt to book the corporates is the major reason for the mounting Corporate NPAs. It is around 1 Lakh crores. Unless Govt book those Corporate defaulters and those who sanctioned those loans..PSBs cannot grow

Keeping in view the economic scenario, basel 3 competitive environment the bank should be given priority as it is the backbone of financial sector. Banking manpower to be retained and provided with at par facilities with central govt. Considering the govt schemes implementation (PMJDY, financial inclusion etc) , accountability & risk factors involved in the job performed by the nationalised banks employees the demand for wage revision to be considered with respectable growth atlesst at par govt.

Statutory auditors should be posted by RBI. If the board is empowered to appoint auditors this will be worst decision to spoil the transparency of Govt banks
