1.controlling NPA is main requirement. Make the Rules, if people defaulted , they should be penalised. 2. Educate the public that the money is public money not govt. money. 3. Stop political involvement in decision taking by bank staff. 4.Treat the banks also at par with PSUs. 5.Suitable rewards should be given for prompt repaid borrowers. 6.In Education loans, make rules at par to all banks i.e Rate of int, eligibility , etc same for all banks. Banks are facing huge trouble in TN,kerala.

We young generation always think for a better india and banking has a great contribution to it.But frequently it is seen that though they join in this industry but leave and join n other sector. All this is because of less salary compared to other sector.I request our honourable prime minister to make a better wage revision to keep this sector alive.one day we will be the root of our country.thank you

When we see a train it comprises coaches of general, first class, sleeper class, 1st class ac, 2nd Ac 3rd ac etc. Indian Railways provide good better and best services as per class of ticket we purchase. No one can except best services like 1st ac and 2nd ac by purchasing a ticket of general class. Same theory is applicable into Bank. Pay more get more. So nothing should come in free.

5. Illiterate people need help in filling up forms. Person setup at the "Ask me" should also assist with this. 6. Increase awareness among users to use the Internet banking and mobile banking facility if available.

4. Not everyone knows everything. This includes the bank staff, do they know how to do a ipconfig release & renew, they dont. Some people may know a few things, some dont). Patiently speaking to a customer will ensure that both of yours BP levels are at a low.
