Kind attention SBI. recently your esteemed organization announced for written examination for specialist officers with less no of vacancies. and with all India Competitions. Sir, I am not opposing the method of exam but I am opposing its vacancies. Sir whenever the vacancies is less than 100 Nos. it should not be advertise separately and should be selected from your PO list of qualified candidates. for example the vacancies should be selected from toppers with required qualification

Sir, In exam provision of multiple choice should stop. question should objective type one mark each without multiple choice. we have to accept this. the result should be valid until another exam is over and all exam should be conducted by UPSC and without any exam fees. we have to stop all other competitive exams. because poor meritorious candidate always unable to so-many fees in various exams. for example recently SBI advertise for specialist office with minimum vacancy poor can't apply.

To improve education in school level and higher level, Public sector units PSUs may help. They should allowed to invest their fund in education just like all PSUs have their units in all urban as well as in rural areas. For examples LIC and banks.

Put everything in books and ask in exam. and Believe that the students with good marks have learned all. This is our education policy. We don't develop creative and innovative brain, but encyclopaedia of all subjects. We know more science, math and art than developed country's student, but they invent and we buy and we study their inventions in our book. The process is going on...........................................
