Every school must have a good library in which quality books such as biographies of great men/women, inspiring, spiritual and ethics promoting books, journals should be provided. The access to the library be made as easy as possible 2 Every public servant irrespective of his cadre or post must take at least wo periods fortnightly in the school nearest to him.

It should be shared responsibility of industry to share financial responsibility because it is the industry which benefited most.

Students at their school level itself should be made aware of the available scholarship program for them. Often the first generation graduate misses the scholarship and get to know about it after completing the courses.

SEMESTER SYSTEM HAS PROVED TO BE BEST IN TOO MANY COUNTRIES THAT A DEBATE IS NOT REQUIRED! STUDENTS NEED TO UNDERSTAND THEIR SUBJECT & MASTER IT. THE REAL TEST OF EDUCATION IS YOU CAN RECALL WHAT THEY HAVE STUDIED AFTER 20-30 YEARS. ROTE LEARNING IS NOT GOOD AS STUDENTS DO NOT REMEMBER WHAT THEY HAVE LEARNED EVEN AFTER 5 YEARS. IT IS NOT ONLY SEMESTER EXAMS THAT IS BETTER TESTS BUT EMPHASIS ON ACTUALLY UNDERSTANDING WHAT YOU HAVE STUDIED WHICH BEATS OUR INDIAN EDUCATION SYSTEM.

In line with Maan Ki Baat ebook launch. I hv something to say.We all r aware about the rising issue of female safety in India. M not here to complain abt anything. I hv one suggestion to resolve ths problem. And here it goes,i suggest 'Self Defence Training' shd be introduce as a part of schooling curriculum especially for girl child. So tht nxt tym whn any female need to go outside, she can roam without any fear. As she will be in position to defend those crimes. #Girls_roam_freely #Yes_we_can.

Govt has to mandate one language (Preferably English) and rest of them as optional. It is up to the children and their parents choice whether they want to take any other language or want to pursue any specific subject which they are interested. This will help in research and innovating new things.

Make whole higher education system flexible. Define academic program requirements and let students take classes as per their convenience. It's foolish to require everyone to graduate in same number of yrs. As and when students take all the credits, let them finish early (or later). Make transfer/migration hassle free. Allow people to shift colleges/universities mid-program.

At present education system of India is Serial, it should be parallel to provide autonomy and flexibility to students. Parallel education system helps students for horizontal and vertical mobility

On one side there is huge demand for affordable education and on other side our regressive laws push the whole system into the hands of few cronies. We need to create a flexible national education policy that encourage the participation of real academicians and allow them to implement their innovative ideas, within the given framework. 2nd, we need to de-regulate our universities and ensure that autonomy flows down to the level of professors. We need to completely reform UGC.

I would recommend to our government that they should commence a facility for actual implementation of those syllabus which are going to see after job. And their must be a subject which we are actually implement by having facilities rather than studying traditional syllabus.
