Animals both large and small are a critical component to our environment to maintain the health of an ecosystem. When a species becomes endangered, it's a sign that an ecosystem is out of balance. Therefore it is the duty of every citizen of India to protect wildlife which are important to support the web of activity in a functioning ecosystem.

Animals are the important factor in our ecosystem. Unlike human beings and plants , Animals also play a vital role on the rotation cycle of earth. All the species living in earth are related to each other. Animal conservation is a big deal in today's revolution. We have to save our animals in order to balance the ecosystem. We people are the one who are solely responsible for the degradation of animals in our society. If we can change ourselves them animals will live happily in our country.

Animals are the skeleton of the huge ecosystem and nature. They are to be admired from the distance without hampering their ecosystem. If animals are not treated and preserved future generations will have to watch them in Virtual Reality in a life supporting machine living in space. Because there will be no EARTH to live without the complex organisms like ANIMALS.

The more the importance given to animals, the more safer we are in the hands of environment, they are living beings who deserve equal rights for being safe and well being, from the past they are responsible for balancing the food chain, food web which are very important processes for our living, if they are not treated well and they become gradually extinct, there is nothing left as each animal has a unique function in the ecosystem, it leads to cascading trophic effect, moreover the future generations should struggle for the survival due to the imbalanced ecosystem, therefore animals has to treated well - Aishwarya.O

“Treating the animals well” is as important to me as treating to any Human. We all know the importance of animal and spicies in this life cycle of nature. Animal also need love and friendship. But due to fear from some animal and for personal benifit some people harm them. It really hurt me when I saw someone hurting and torturing any animal. I have read and listen many strories from textbooks and from grandmother that Human can betray but an animal will never. Animal will always be loyal to you and remember you. Apart from domestic animal in Forest there are lot of animal that are listed in Red Data book. We need to Save them as well because every animal has individual importance for nature. Now a days so many animals are suffering from being used for our entertainment, food, medicine, fashion, and as exotic pets. Every animal deserves to have a good life where they enjoy the benefits of the nature and environment. “Treating the animals well” is incredibly important to me. I have learnt school lessons in Bio Geography, and has understood the importance of their presence in the universe. I possess a dog, cat and a goat. To me, no difference between a human or a pet and I do treat them with respect, compassion, friendship and love. Sometimes when I see an ant that fell in water or a bug in a cob web, I do rush to save them. I get upset while reading about mindlessly and heartlessly torturing and slaughtering animals, as I believe that there is a strong correlation between animal abuse and interpersonal violence. “The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated”.. said by Mahatma Gandhi.
