Retired Trained Dogs (etc.) like animals/birds who serve nation under various agencies (Police, defense, enforcement, etc) are also to be provided salary & pension. During serving the salary is to be properly account for their food, treatments, stay etc. and remaining amount is to be maintained in an account. After retirement, if, that dog/animals/birds,etc are adopted by some one to take care, the pension & balance salary amount is to be given to the person who adopted those retired animals/dogs/birds, etc. There should be monitoring methodology for the adopted animals/birds/etc. for their proper caring after retirement.

They r also the Part of our planet.Assume if Human being is in that place Any of Animal is in place of Human then what could Human expects from that Animals!.One Animal make sets up its own World that relates to Nature n get connected with its own technique. So that That animal Saves it in own way.Human thinks for his future by saving money or land,in that same way Animal Saves it's World.
In that same way Animals also thinks about Human n Things but its not Express it.Stil all animals haven't not Attacked on Human because of Their own thinking expressing it by Not attacking on Humans.
It's important to save Animals to Save ourselves.
