We can protect cheetahs by creating awareness . Anti-poaching activities and traps should not be done. The threats cheetahs face are largely from humans like hunting, over-hunting by people, habitat loss, the exotic-pet trade and illegal trafficking of cheetah parts. The importance of nature and animals has been a part of Indian culture and traditions for centuries.

The eye-awakening points are: Animals also have feelings, sense to feel the pain, have a crucial role in an ecological system, and hunt for survival, not for greed. Treating animals well is our responsibility because every breath matters. People's greed and affection for money have become the cause of extinction for multiple species; for their furs, skin, teeth, and horns, still, people harming them. Because of us, many species are struggling every day; we have destroyed their habitats and lowered their count to the peak that numerous species are in the endangered zone. I think it is the right time to open our eyes; it is the right time to see that they want nothing from us. They are happy to live in the forest and even not harmful if we are not interfering in their lives. We can't hurt them for any reason or purpose; we have no rights. Nature creates exquisite creatures; like us, they also want to save their kids, and that's why rather than harm, we have to treat them well.

जल,जंगल,जमीन इनपर किसी का भी एकाधिकार प्रकृति की मूल भावना के विरुद्ध है।यह प्रकृति उसके तत्वों और समस्त प्राणियों के सुंदर समन्वय का सु-संगठित प्रतिफल है। ऐसे में बतौर धरती के सबसे विकसित और बुद्धिमान प्राणी हम मनुष्यों का यह नैतिक कर्तव्य है कि सभी के सार्वभौमिक जीवन की रक्षा हेतु हम सजग,दयालु व संवेदनशील रहें,चूँकि इतिहास साक्षी है,हम मनुष्यों ने जब भी अपने लालच की पूर्ति हेतु बेजुबानों की जिंदगी से खेला है,इसका दुष्परिणाम समूची मानव जाति ने समय समय पर झेला है,वरन इसका प्रभाव प्रकृति ने भी उसके असंतुलन के रूप में महसूस किया है, फिर भले वह स्वाइन फ्लू के रूप में हो या ग्लोबल वार्मिंग,फिर भले व बर्ड फ्लू व भयावह कोरोना वायरस के रूप में हो या सूखा और बाढ़। ये सभी मनुष्य की मनुष्यता के पतन का परिणाम है,उसके प्रकृति से उदासीनता का प्रतिफल है,वह भूल गया ये कीट,पतंगे शेर, सियार,लोमड़ी,और हम मनुष्य उसकी परिस्थितिकी के तत्व हैं,जिनसे उसका अस्तित्व है,जिससे हमारा अस्तित्व है,अतः इनके प्रति संवेदनशील ता न केवल मनुष्य का कर्तव्य अपितु मनुष्यता को अपने अस्तित्व की रक्षा हेतु आवश्यक मजबूरी भी है।

Dear Sir, When the lawful rights, freedoms and privileges are protected by a slew of legislations, policies , Constitution etc. , it is equally imperative to apply similar yardstick with regard to treating various animals. Both the domestic and wild animals play a pivotal role in the preservation of the eco system . Over the years , several laws and legislation have been framed by the government to protect the animals which have a salutary effect . It is a matter of grave concern that the majestic CHEETAHS which enjoyed a unique status became extinct due to non implementation of relevant laws, inadequate attention on the conservation aspects , absence of effective surveillance etc. Thanks to the far sighted vision of the union government helmed by our sagacious PMJI, Eight majestic Cheetahs have been brought to our country and safely released into the Kuno National Park in M.P. State . Cheetah is India's pride now.

Different welfare indicators detect specific challenges to animal welfare, rather than measuring the overall welfare.
