We need to treat animals well because this place originally belonged to them and we are the ones who have acquired their place. We humans have several behavioural loopholes and we harm each other in several ways, but animals, they will attack you only in two conditions either he is hungry or he got hurt by you (mentally/physically). All animals are like children. If you try to win their trust they can become your best friends. I have personally made an elephant my friend his name is Ram Prasad. Animals are cute and pure souls, you just need to be empathetic.

Animals are well capable to protect human life as well as nature for example cow milk is good for health and cow dung is good for soil fertility.
