I think we should be able to reserve local journey ticket online similar to online reservation system so that more and more paper can be saved and also we will face less difficulties caused due to long que at ticket counter. Sir kindly go through it and do the needful.

The seats in the Indian Raiway coaches are fixed, in the sense that a pssenger can face only in one direction while travelling. Therefore I suggest we must provide seats with moveable seat backs like the one shown in the attached video.

a smart card system like introduced in Metro Rail should be introduced so that regular traveller can start its journey just by punching at the starting point and punching same at the end of journey. In Delhi & other metro stations, people / passengers have to stand from 20-40 minutes to get a Rail Travel ticket at current booking ticket window at Railway Stations. This encourages / forces people to travel without ticket.

whenever, i try to get tatkal ticket by using irctc.co.in, i never get it, as it is jammed till all tatkal tickets are exhausted. but when i approach to get tatkal tickets through travel agency, that agency always manage to get tatkal tickets. the nexus between tatkal system operators and the touts (travel agencies) should be probed by vigilance of railways. If this is continuing, how government of Modi ji is different from government of ManmohanSingh ji ?

the railway fares have been increased up to the margin where the ministry can be in profit but it must be taken care of that government provides us with the service worth our money, as we can see that the trains come up to the starting stations late by 5 hours then it is a great question on the capability/management of railways. therefore what i suggest is that we should be given compensation if the train runs late by some percentile for every hour which will help in bringing up the standards.

dear sir there should be only one card for everything instead of multiple cards which make through the camps and all. cards like voter id, aadhar card, pan card, pran card, institutional card, Bhamashah card. card could be one digitized which is having all information that could be updated time by time. this card should be an official card everywhere in every field of the country.
