All such charges should be kept at minimum or nil or non profit basis. Digital India is a good initiative. If the nation really has to be really well connected, then costs must be minimum. With myriad and complex levies, the door is open for misinterpretations , manipulation and corruption. Keep the system simple.

1)Where is policy for set top box mobility form one provider to another like DishTv, TataSky? 2)All these providers are looting people. There is no specific guide lines to them for example a)How one channel price Rs.X on one provider and Rs.Y on second. Fair competition is when TRAI capes specific maximum price for any channel. b)How every provider asking for different different amount for installation leaving plans aside?

Yes, in my opinion general election and assembly elections of the states should be simultaneous to save the money unnecessary incurred for conducting the elections. Save Money Save Country for the sake of the people of India.
