The Department of Telecommunications had requested the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to furnish its recommendations on ‘Spectrum uses charging for Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and floor level of AGR based on amount of spectrum held by Commercial VSAT operators’ under section 11(1) of TRAI Act, 1997 as amended.

In this context, TRAI has prepared a consultation paper raising specific issues viz. rates of spectrum usage charges (SUC) based on adjusted gross revenue (AGR) for ISP licensee, minimum AGR for ISP licensee and VSAT licensee, allied issues like schedule of payment, charging of interest, penalty and other related issues. The Consultation Paper on ‘Spectrum Usage Charges and Presumptive Adjusted Gross Revenue for Internet Service Providers and Commercial Very Small Aperture Terminal Service Providers’ has been released on 19th August 2016 for comments of stakeholders and also uploaded on TRAI’s website (www.trai.gov.in).

1. spectrum charges follow same formula of inviting bid. 2. If there are no infrastructure to be setup for spectrum by govt. then lower the changes by letting more and more players get into the field and allowing competition and better pricing for end users

Very good idea to have Lok Shabha and Vidhan Sabha (State Legislative Assembly) elections simultaneously as this will save a lot of money in election expenditure as well as chances of a single party winning elections in Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha. This will also reduce confrontation between Centre and States.

Yes. Both LOK SABHA all assembly elections should be held simultaneously. In case an assembly is suspended or President's rule is imposed, a special election should be conducted on ts revival for the remaining period only (not for a full term of Five years). In case the remaining period is less than 18 months then President rule should continue till next assembly is formed. Dr. T. Srinivasan.

IN MY OPINION ELECTIONS OF LOKSABHA AND VIDHAN SABHA SOULD BE DONE IN A "CYCLIC ORDER" SO THAT IN ANY STATE IT WILL REGULARLY COME EXACTLY AFTER FIVE YEARS..THAT MEANS ELECTIONS SHOULD BE THERE REGULARLY FROM STATE TO STATE IN A WELL DECIDED ORDER.THUS GOVETRNMENT WILL BE COMPELLED TO BE ALERT FOR THEIR MANIFESTO,

Respected PM Sir, (1) Government should have a clear education policy. All the changes in the education system should be informed to students well in advance ( it should be made clear to students in std 9 what will be admission process for them for MBBS /Engineering etc) Just 4 days before NEET exam SC has lifted stay and given verdict. ( Needs to be investigated ???) (2) Reservation policy for the state and central level should be unified and should be abolished in phases.
