In flight entertainment should be provided, but it doesn't necessarily need to be internet or WiFi. You can provide podcasts or built in MP3 players with handsfree , so that people can listen to music. Since installing led screen is costly, I won't suggest having a film/movie database on every seat. And providing free WiFi in flight can be misused and result in far reaching consequences. Just make sure that each airport provide free WiFi and have sufficient bandwidth to support all users.

There are regularly cases of frauds.Behind these may be smart guys and gals. And masterminds. These can be criminals and anti national agencies and agents. We have to find ways to curb this menace on line and on phone and ways to quickly catch the criminals and anti national agents. If in flight connectivity increases risks which are identified and fool proof methods are there decisions be taken keeping in mind the fact that cyber criminals, hackers and anti national agents are always a step ahead.

IN MY OPINION, IT'S TOTALLY WRONG TO ALLOW IN-FLIGHT CONNECTIVITY & SHOULDN'T BE IMPLEMENTED! LET EVERYTHING BE AS IT IS. IT MIGHT BE TOO RISKY TO USE NET IN FLIGHT. LIVES OF ALL THE PASSENGERS'LL BE IN DANGER. THEREFORE KINDLY REVOKE THIS DECISION! ALREADY INTERNET & SOCIAL MEDIA HAS DISTORTED PEOPLE, EVERYBODY IS 24X7 BUSY WITH THEIR PHONES WHICH IS A CAUSE OF CONCERN AND YOU'RE PLANNING TO PROVIDE IN FLIGHT CONNECTIVITY! IT'S NOT A GOOD IDEA! I'M NOT WITH THIS DECISION #TRAI #DoT #MyGov

I am of the opinion that any messages posted through free apps like WhatsApp should be charged at least Re. 1 per post, so that all the rubbish messages spreadsheet by irresponsible people will reduced to a great extent.

I believe in flight connectivity may be a security threat. If it is allowed it should be in a controlled manner. One more thing as I was reading newspaper yesterday which says Mobile number authentication may be compromised with valid license or pan card. This should not happen as Those database are not made public for authentication purpose and the IDs may be misused in future to purchase forged sim cards. Instead of this AADHAR database should be made more secure.
