R/sir, mai aap ka dhyan railway ki saf-safai ki taraf akarsit karna chahta hu,sriman ji safai ke nam pr lakho rupye contractor ko diye jate hai,lakin itna bharstachar hota hai ki ,jaha 10 lavore ki jarurat rahti wha pr 3admi se kam kiya jata hai,jo adha-adhura rahta hai,7admi ka paisa ya to thekedar -rail officer milkar kha jate hai,rail vibhag pure kam ka pura paisa de raha hai lakin dalal log kha ja rahe hai ,kya iski janch ki jayegi

in last lap of train destination (example Durg- Bilaspur for 18238 chhattisgarh exp)more than 70% sleeper seats are vacant and due to crowd in general coach passenger like journey in sleeper class but there is no any provision to issue sleeper tickets ,and checking staff fine more than Rs 200.so passenger request to tte and they pay Rs 50-100 as bribe and travel.If as per master list vacant seats are declare in last lap of train route all of the amount convert as railways earning.

Site is prepared good but it should be maintained by increasing the server bandwidth and properly managing it as it is most of the times inaccesible.

sir safety and cleanliness in railway is also required to be looked into. U may appoint ex servicemen of army and capf having arms in each coach for security so that their skill can be utilised after retirement. Similarly an attendant in each coach may be detailed to helo passengers and its salary can be managed through attender charges levied from passengers. It will generate employment opportunities. Attender may maintain cleanliness of toilet, unauthorise entry of passengers

Sir there is an emergent requirement to revive indian railway. We need to improve ticketing system first. The move to constitute a committee under mr. Sridharan is an appreciable move. Privatisation of railway is must in present scenario.

Dear Sir Would like to share my thought process on biggest issue on general public faces General and plat form tickets should be available online -on internet / mobiles/ atm These would increase revenue and reduce cost and pressure on platforms / ticket windows Secondly second issue is of blackmailing by TTE . Now tickets are not available online before 4 hours of departure. This should be 100 percentage online to reduce curruption Thanks

Dear Sir, we find it difficult to get railway ticket by online booking because of the quota system for Railway agents. Railways keep aside certain percentage of tickets for their agents, and these agents charge extra. The remaining tickets get exhausted fast. This is a system built for corruption. Hence I request you to remove this quota system for agents, and make available the entire tickets for public except few tickets for the VIP Quota.

I think that government first step to improve railway.Goverment should be Established new tracks beacause our railway roots are very busy.If one train is delay for some reason it's followed train also late for no reason.In train's genral coches have no space to standing. Can we connect double decker cohes instead of normal coches for genrals.

- IR - Give rights to Local Station Masters for Add on the platforms and use that money for cleanliness and Infrastructure - Give Local body rights to add to Local Railway Stations for Water Purifier and Chairs relax - Do the Automatic Entry and Exit doors on all platforms for stop illegal entries and Safety of Railways For Mumbai and Metos- - Stop Stalls at Platform and keep them outside for cleanliness - Focus on advertisement and gives rights to Local Station masters for improvement
