Pradhan Mantri Ji, Operation of all the trains should be computerized instead of token system and all the signals should be electrified and automatic. all the passenger trains should have the powers on both sides to reduce the shunting of the power. it will save the lot of running time. Announcement system should be provided in all the coaches so that all the passengers should listen all the announcements in respect to all the stations and other important announcement can be made.

first of all, Fixed speaker in every bogi where give announcement regarding next station because the stoppage of train is 1 minute on most of the station so it's difficult to track for the passenger specially when train delay.

Today our dearest Govt is around 5-6 Months old. As per our expectation from this Gov. Railway need to improve a lot. My suggestion for train running late, Govt need to held responsible to the Railway Zonal Officers and need to send reason of delay to commitee of Railway board for validation and steps taken to avoid that reason again. Like Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. Railway department need to take Sankalp that no train will be delayed. I thinks its possible. Hope rail Ministry will be sensible.

The token is created from an algorithm suitable for route, stage, time etc. The ticket inspector can check the veracity of the token by giving this code number to his ticket checking m/c having a small processor. Pl. note that these are easier said than done, once implemented!!
