one more thing is to make all the big stations platforms to be fully digitalised and enquiry counter to be properly handled with the railwayee one. there should be a complaint box in every coach of the train which should be directly handled to you, so that it would be better approach for you and public also to be in contact properly.!!

Hello modi ji, the biggest problem in the train is the food / catering. the passengers are paying for the gud quality food but they niether get the good quality nor the food is fresh, like soup, tea coffee, rice. the caterers used of distributing the stale food every time. the second thing that should be preferably in consideration is toilet cleaning an hygein with also keeping a big portable dustbin so that no one would throw out the disposable or useless outside the window or door..!!

extra servers for booking tatkal ticket through internet should be done, because i have seen passengers waiting overnight in stations for a tatkal ticket, because tickets cannot be booked online as the server is slow. Hygiene in toilets and passenger seats should be done from grass root (general seating, sleeper class and ac coaches) .Pest control is still an issue. small dustbins on passages can be introduced for every partitions and fine should be imposed for throwing rubbish elsewhere.

Dear Modi ji Today there is hardly any school is there in India which promotes Indian culture. Most of the schools are run either by anti India forces or builder real estate people. Please start at least 10000 such primary schools in which common working class family's child can get education with Indian Sanskar.

Dear Sir, sir bs itna kriye k jitne logo ki bithne ki jagah ho sirf utne hi ticket diye jaye ho ske to sbhi simple R. Stations ko or train ki suvidhaon ko metro ki trah kr de.or riservation ke liye alg token ho bina reserve. Ke alag or sbhi traino me TT, rpf k jvan jrur ho jisse surksha bni rhe..or sbhi traino me please saf "Pine k Pani" or "Bio Toilets" ka intjam jarur hona chahiye jisse sfayi bhi bni rhe..i know isme time lgega but ho jayega sir.uske baad kiraya bdhne se bhi problem ni hogi..

i believe there should complete automation need to be done in Railway ,, it start from train.. where u can make use train Tracking systems , passenger information systems , CCTV camera which all can enhance the security

I have been using NTES apps for few months. And I've noticed that it's not real time bounded. It's lagging for few minutes ( 10-15 minutes generally). So i suggest that NTES must be connected to the GPS so that we get the exact position of the train
