Mobile charging points have to be available at every seating area. As of now, they is only available in some bogies in a train or not at all!

The coolies charge exorbitantly to carry the luggage (sky is the limit) to an extent of exploitation. It has to be standardized and rationalized.

In Railway stations entry/ exit & security checks should be as in Metro services. So unauthorized people do not get access to trains. Also CISF men should oversee this. On trains, a small digital display should show : time, location of train and next stop of train. There may a low volume announcement of these particulars at daytime.

Not understood till date, why railway managment not using Dustbin inside the Rail. There will be not so costly to make available Small Dustbins in Every Coach but it create great cleanness atmosphere. No body wants to travel hour to hours with Dirty atmosphere around him. Sharing Personal experience i don't want through waste in or out of rail but no other alternative available. Railway Cleanness is very very important for travelers.

allow people to get their platform ticket through SMS or sum mobile connected feature. please confine entry and exit points at railway stations and provide with auto devices to get their platform tickets easily.

Before Digital Rail - We should clean our railway Cleaning + Water are basic requirement & to achieve it is not a big task. my advise - Just add 1 Rs. in all tickets & use that amount to clean + water supply (with the help of private contractor)

Suggestions :- Any Trains should be connected with the station - timely announcements should be made to keep the passengers informed throughout their journey. Emergency Alarm connected to the next railway station/police to be implemented in case of theft , molesting, injuries etc (Emergency chain that we already have is of no use) .

Currently on IRCTC is handling to all railway related queries. That is causing a slowdown in every section related from Ticket Booking to Travel in Rail. Include more organization that provide competitive edge to Online solutions. That will reduce the traffic on station almost 50%.
