There is a delay in getting the position of the train up to 10 minutes this can be improved better. As a trial run try to implement live positioning in a long distance. Also most of the trains do not have the display boards about the station reached. This will be helpful if people who are from either north or south India can use it.

Railways should install more lines leaving the burden of trains to private companies. The model should be same as airlines.
