Why not connect wifi to all the bus stops and train stations? It could be a subscribe model where a commuter can opt to pay for wifi during his travel on the railway. This could generate income for the railway as well as give much needed internet connectivity to commuters. many of them travel quite a distance too.

Give Pamtop or Mobile Application to TTE or Guard so that they can also help Railway Control to give exact location of Train. GPS of Mobile will also help to find the location. All the Railway station should have the Compute System with Application of NTES so that they can feed the data of Railway and Real time location will be available on NTES. 139 system should be improved by less number of options. If any passenger have IRCTC SMS then Application's URL should also be available on that SMS.

@ H Sarariya- This all has been started. Recently i was travelling to Jalandhar in Paschim Express. They introduced "The On Board Cleaning Staff." Every few hours there would be proper brooming and cleaning of the floor with disinfectant. Also in they would come and spray disinfectant and mosquito repellent. The toilets were cleaned twice in a day. It was a very good service and made me delighted. Atleast i was assured that the conditions were made hygienic for the passengers.
