Sir, It is my experience that mere Computerisation of a process does not eliminate corruption. For example, I cite 2 deptts. RTOs in MP are computerized but still, public has to give bribe for everything, through a Dalal. Nothing is done without a Dalal. Other is Railway Tickets booking. I wonder how Dalal is able to give a Confirmed Ticket when the system says No Room ? Is Local Staff of PRS indulging in malpractices by changing data using their Admin Powers on the Database ? Indian Railway operations and maintenance should be immediately handed over to private company as railways employees are not afraid about their job and most of the time they are busy in their own private affairs.Maintenance are just ignored to all train and they manage their attendance by sitting at home by mobilizing theirs bosses.Reservation system is full of corruption and having lot of malpractices

An interface providing the required information would be a welcome change. Currently there are website which provides some information but there is a need to have a realtime information that too which is easily available. A website supported by a mobile app would be awesome.

Dear Sir Every department is connected with internet so that manpower and time involvement is minimized. suppose every police station is connected via internet like banking system, the crime can be minimized, suppose one car has stolen from one city and the thief has gone to other city , the tracing process is delayed in manual system. if station is connected via internet the police is active immediately and the thief can be caught. thanks

every passanger carry one lugage with him. If we collect Rs.1 per person as a lugage charge ,we can collect revenue for railway. suppose 10 lacs person travel in one day , we collect Rs 10 Lac in one day, so in 365 days, we collect Rs.365*10 lacs= Rs.365000000 per annum, This amount can be used for only rail track development so that no train will be delayed. thanks abhay

Hello sir, the route for hyderabad from delhi via nagpur is congested (passenger wise) and pretty long as well. There is another route which is recently buildup some years ago but not used at all which goes like this: Hyderabad - nanded - hingoli - akola - malkapur - khandwa - bhopal - delhi. This route is shorter than the route via nagpur. This route can also be used for bengaluru as well. I kindly request you to please look upon this route and start some trains here, thank you.
