139 SMS service is good, but can be even more better. Like putting PNR no again and again and sending it to 139, i feel its bit too tedious for a lay man. Instead i feel, passengers should automatically get updates on their train status once they have booked they ticket in their chosen language, instead of passenger asking for info.

Safety and in particular Fire Safety in Infrastructure and commercial sectors is somewhat lagging well behind the western countries. This clearly needs to be improved, particularly as we in India are gearing up to become one of the whirl wind of global economy, and in which it would be a shame to see that our safety standards are compromised. I've been speaking to the various government organisations for the past 10 years and fail to understand the pace of movement

Mobile application and website is good. IVRS is time taking mathid. SMS enquiry should be promoted better. I advise a menu driven SMS enquiry service should be used. SImilar to what Airtel is using for start and stop services. Have anybody used it?

NTES app for Android is good, but of-course it needs a mobile internet connection. The cell phone coverage is poor at many places all over the country. Therefore, a spacial drive shold be carried out with all telcos to improve their coverage with 2-G/3-G Internet connectivity. Then only it will be possible for all the users in India to avail the benefits of apps like NTES. Thank You! Jay Bharat!

Hi Indians, What I heard is ModiG has started Railway University for upcoming Digital Rail, To boost that that would be equal wages to be given from lower designation to higher designation (with minimal difference in salary - it should be higher end as per current cost of living) by which dignity of labour will get maintain. There should be transparent rule for hire and fire based on performance of an individual.

Digital Rail! First, lets modernize the coaches. These coaches make a lot of cranking noise and the push pull effect it causes takes a day for a person to come out of it. Reserved coaches should be restricted to passengers who have confirmed booking but still many people board without proper reservation and sit in the passage area. Toilets are stinking, those unlucky people getting berths near toilets have to bear the smell all through their journey. Please re-design our existing coaches
