more blackmailing has been start in tatkal. agents deploying their men and claiming two or more time than ticket price, where common men do not getig ticket because of this problem, in tatkal queue most of the men is of agents.railway could charge more but should immedietly finish tatkal system to avoid black mail and cheating.if passenger is more coach should more charge no more. If any body want to see dirty, visit manmar station, only cleaning is not sufficient, awarness also important.

We should have a send SMS facility in IRCTC and the facility should be optional with a min charges so that people can able to track the position of train,allignment of coaches starting from engine and Platform no. The SMS should come to the passenger before a suitable time so that the person can able to use it properly..Doing that we can increase the economy and facility also.. need exparts point of view....

Hello Sir! I am a practicing CA in Agra. I have internal audit of many firm. In these firm I always seen one thing that health care problems of employees. Employer contribute to ESI but In ESI no doctor is available, expiry date medician they given to employees I think we should connect ESI with local govt. hospital. The benefits of this that local govt. hospital will have investment and always better doctors and medical care will available.

Clean and Neat Trains with water facility may be wanted first. Catering department workers also sleeping near the dirty toilets which is also very pathetic. So please provide first clean train and clear and neat environment for the staffs.

Sir please do something special for the railway track-man Mr. Sachin Padve, who saved the lives of hundreds of passengers travelling by the Kokankanya Express few days back. He prevented entire train falling down in the river. Railway just rewarded with Rs. 300 . At least the MOS of railway could have reached on the spot and have honored this person. This action would have spread a very positive message among all the railway employs across the country.

GPS tracking system can help tracking exact position of a train through a map provided in the railway website.
