option of platform ticket should be provided during online booking of tickets. This will help the peoples who comes to receive their relatives on station. This will also reduce the rush on ticket windows and paperless transaction will lead one step further for saving paper, saving ink, saving electricity for printers / computers and also saving the environment. SMS of booked ticket will show the number of platform tickets purchased and its time validity.

There is lot of crowd & long queues at the Current Ticket Windows especially at busy Railway Stations say, New Delhi, Delhi, Kanpur, Patna, Calcutta, Mumbai, Chandigarh & most others. The staff at such windows are either inadequate, inefficient & are not able to coup up the rush. I have seen people boarding the train either without ticket Or purchasing the Plate form ticket for boarding the train with the fear of missing the train despite failure to obtain the travel ticket after waiting for 30-40 minutes to get the ordinary ticket on the window. This is very unfortunate. Such long lines & uncertainnity in getting the Train Ticket in a reasonable time, the passengers are forced to travel without ticket. This needs immediate attendance of the authorities. It has been find the most common & easy looking problems remain unattended & uncared for long long period. Hope this would receive immediate attention of authorities. I feel there should a right to get the Passenger ticket at the Ticket window within maximum 10-15 minutes to one & all who stand at he Ticket Window. Best wishes, KKs

I feel that it would be ridiculous to think of high speed for such a long distance especially if the cost benefit analysis is considered. The concept of High speed Trains might be worthwhile preposition only in short distance of say 500 kms or so ,especially in Indian economics point of view both with respect to practical difficulties/ ground level realities, strained resources & cost benefit. Honorable Minister of Railways should review & reconsider this matter in its larger perspective. Best wishes. Kks

I am giving my opinions to ensure that there is reduction in losses also. The train between New Delhi Airport to Delhi railway station and other points in the city . In order to reduce losses Airport Metro ticket charges must be reduced so that more passengers are travelling even on daily basis also. I have come to know that only 8-10 passengers are there in this train which even does not recover the salary of the Driver.
