Condition of Railway tracks, stations and lavatories is pathetic and unhygienic.

how about if we set a time limit for eg half hr or more if train come late a message should be circulate to their respective PNR for that station.people have to wait . even train enquiry also dont help in many cases online . it always get updated any no pridiction come till the last station train come. as not every one see it online and passager has to wait at station for long specially in winters.

Whenever a train has current status as 10 hours late. It will be shown 2-3 hours at Station and they keep on increasing the arrival and delay timings. Why only one Enquiry counter? Every station should have 3-4 enquiry booths with digital displays (working and uptodate).

Rail is a transport which is more important than any other.But near my home at Ramrajatala station...which is near to Howrah station..the south eastern line 3rd stoppage from Howrah..after the new signal made there..on that signal a Rail gate is situated..we the people who go through that...when the trains which stops there...created a daily problem...so, gov should do immediate action for that problem.This is every ones problem who go through that rail gate.Trains stops there for 10-30 mins.
