If Indian Railway make compulsory Aadhaar Card Number while opening account with IRCTC, by this way Railway can control on agents so that genuine traveller can get tickets, normally railway agents book tickets of all long route trains, when people purchase tickets from agents, they sell tickets of some other names with wrong I.D. provide by them, we have to improve system so that genuine person can get ticket, since long agents are making fool railway & public either ticket or goods booking

one more thing that i would like to add is that there are lots and lots of people who doesn't bother about booking a ticket while travelling.they are not afraid of fine that they have to pay or jail where they may be send as punishment.what i want to say is that railway can really turn out to be a great source of income for government of India and with that income i am quite sure that the indian railways can be made far more digital then any country's railway is.

HONOURABLE PRIME MINISTER, i think that railway can become the biggest source of income of government of India,if initiatives regarding ticket collecting are made.as so far in my life i have never seen any proper arrangements of ticket collecting unlike in metros.but the thing that metro has is that there is no way out of passengers.this is ensures that each and every passengers is carrying ticket while travelling.some similars measure should also be taken in non metro railways.

at present physical ticket booking is very big headache, specially when we wants to take unreserved ticket, so railways should develop ATM system to take unreserved ticket

Taking a general ticket is a big headache. Old or new govt clerks takes too much time to make one ticket. Either promote private ticket counters that charge Re 1 extra, or give salary to govt people by counting how many tickets they made each month.
