all the train tte's should be listed in a database and their track record monitored for any malpracticed which can take feedback by either by a helpline or a railway call center.

an application can be created and maintained for real time gps location of the trains to triangulate their position. in case of troubles/delay due to any reason it can be updated over the application so that the passenger can get the information by typing the train no:

as the phone numbers are registered at the time of ticket booking, details of the train real time arrival, delay and cancellation should be updated. a privatised call center should be started for public grievance and real time help for passengers.

Please come to Mumbai and travel using public transport during rush hours . You will understand everything. I have nothing else to say. Respected PM, In Moving Train there should be announcement system if train is stopped at one place for more than 15 minute and one more thing there must be helpline number for security and other issue.

I have suggestion on train running below 60 KM / hour should be termed as Passenger train and rest Express train. The cost should be as per expenditure plus 10% profit to meet the inflation cost. Keep Metro Suburban train ticket price out of purview with this and add AC compartment with normal charge(so subsidy for AC compartment) in Suburban trains. :)
