Both excessive boiling and frequent consumption of kadhas may do more harm than good. It can lead to urine infection, acne, acidity, produce heat and dryness in the body and even lead to mouth ulcer.

Excess of anything is harmful and the same holds true for kadhas. Researchers asserted that many people think that the more they will drink the Ayurvedic beverage or the more they will boil the ingredients, the better it will be for health. But this is where people make a mistake. If kadhas are not taken in the proper way, they can lead to several health issues.
