शिकायत पेटी-- हर बस्ती ओर मोहल्ले मैं आबादी के हिसाब से शिकायत पेटी के लिए एक्सैस पॉइंट्स बनाए जाये, जिसमे लोग अपने बस्ती ओर मोहल्ले से संबंधित शिकायत लिख कर डाल सके, हर सप्ताह इन शिकायतों का सरकार द्वारा परीक्षण कर समय पर उन्हे दूर किया जाये। शिकायत कैसे भी हो टाइम लिमिट मैं उसका निराकरन हर हाल मैं किया जाये।

कैमरा-- हर बस्ती ओर मोहल्ले चाहे वह निचली हों या पॉश पॉइंट टु पॉइंट केमेरे लगाए जाये ताकि किसी प्रकार की कोई घटना न कर सके ओर गंदेगी फेलने वालों पर भी नज़र रहे।

वाई-फ़ाई—स्मार्ट सिटी को वाई-फ़ाई के बगेर स्मार्ट नहीं बनाया जा सकता इसलिए कुछ एक्सैस पॉइंट बनाए जाए जिसमे वाई-फ़ाई की सुविधा हों।
