Most improtant aspect of the Smart City Concept is that each and every facility provided by Nagar Nigam Allahabad must be online so that no people need to come at door of Nagar Nigam Allahabad. Apart from it, the complaint of citizens in every area should be constantly monitored and should be dealt strictly. As 90.9 percent employess of Nagar Nigam are corrupt and have no sense of service to common people.
