my suggestions are- 1-Ban on Guthkas 2-Animals should be removed from roads 3-Flyovers or subways in crowded areas 4-Service lanes in important areas 5-Encroachments should be demolished 6-Parking place in each major market 7-24 hours Police patrolling 8-Dustbins in every 100 mtrs 9-Toilets in each market area 10-Street hawkers to be given only one street in each respective areas 11-Promotion of famous places 12-Greenery should be increased 13-Revival of industries in Naini area
