2. Redevelopment - Replacement of the existing built-up of 50 Acres

I am suggesting that we have to develop some areas first which are easy to develop like Shantipuram, Kalandipuram because they are planed.

Pay parking on per hour rate basis should be allowed in the markets like Chouk, katra etc. The rates should be kept high during peak hours and the automatic machine should be installed so that the public should pay the parking bills by them self.

The encroachment on the highway, city roads and market should not be allowed in any case. The heavy penalty should be imposed for encroachment

Allahabad को स्मार्ट सिटी बनाने के लिए जो सबसे ज़रूरी पहल है, वो है सबसे पहले निचली बस्तियों को जहां गालियां होती हैं, सकरे रास्ते होते हैं, उनमे भरपूर सुधार/सुविधा ईमानदारी से देना। क्यूंकि जिसे हम पाश कॉलोनी कहते हैं वहाँ रहने वाले खुद इतने रसुखदार ओर अपप्रोच वाले होते हैं की अपने सारे काम फोन पर ही करा लेते हैं ओर उनके काम आसानी से हो जाते हैं, चाहे जैसा भी काम क्यूँ न हो। परेशानी तो हम जैसे गरीब लोगों के साथ होती है। मैं अपना कहूँ तो आज तक मेरे घर ओर मेरी बस्ती मैं सीवेज नि

"शहर स्वच्छता बनाये रखना है तो नियमित रूप से कचरा उठने के बाद कीटनाशक दवा का छिड़काव होना चाहिए। सड़को के किनारे वायु प्रदूषण रोकने हरे भरे वृक्ष लगाना ।"

ठोस अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन के लिए विशेष रूप से शीर्ष प्राथमिकता भोपाल में खराब करता है के सैकड़ों द्वारा उत्पन्न खाद्य अपशिष्ट पर होना चाहिए। यह डिजिटल विज्ञापनों को प्रोत्साहित कागज कचरे के टन में परिणाम के रूप में इसके अलावा, संस्थाओं द्वारा टेम्पलेट विज्ञापनों का वितरण बंद करो।

Allahabad शहर को स्मार्ट बनाने के लिए शहर को झुग्गियों से मुक्त किया जाये, अतिक्रमण मुक्त किया जाये, लोक परिवहन सेवा सुविधा उक्त आधुनिक प्रणाली से चलाई जाये, शिक्षा को निजी करण से मुक्त किया जाये सुरक्षा व्यवस्ता का आधुनिकरण किया जाये, स्वास्थ सुविधाओं को बढ़या जाकर आधुनिकरण करते हुए निजीकरण से मुक्त किया जाये, शहर का पुनर विकास किया जाये, बिजली, पानी की व्यवस्था को हमेशा उपलब्ध रखा जाये, पुरे शहर की सम्पूर्ण व्यवस्था की नियंत्रण एजेंसी एक हो, विकेंद्रीकरण समाप्त किया जाये
