3 crore strong babudom of india, comprising of employees of central, 29 states and thousands of local bodies, is the biggest enemy of entrepreneurship, leadership, business skills of youth. indians are born leaders, but british created congress nurtured governance system, should be gradually reduced to its total dismantlement/transformation into a economic activity facilitation machinery, instead of its present form of exploitative, bribe seeking, taxing, harassing machinery.

Healthy youths with good physique and personality, give proper education, study discipline and punctuality, hardworking mentality, study love and respect to others etc., helps youth to become good leaders.

We need to change our education system, it should include more practical knowledge and activities regarding subjects. We know leadership qualities also improve from sports but most of private schools use sports hour for academic subjects to improve thier academic scores. Schools should encourage students to participate in Extra Co-curriclum activities. Also as parents and our education only emphasise on score of students so, subject related to ECC shoud be given score also.

Corruption prevention &Agriculture Practicals must be a subject from the school levels curriculam.

Nowadays youth can easily get whatever they want like drink,prestitution,smoke,drugs very easily. And this only possible if police department also support to that type of selling activities to anyone. Many times I have seen that near police station or under police department that type of work which affect daily actives or growth of young generation. So that this type of activity should banned by government. I tried many times to stop this but I can't stop this. It only possible if selling stop.

>Teach them how to explore the topics outside text book >Encourage them to visit conference and workshops and put up questions >Youth can adjust and speak to opposite gender and work well in a varied team > Youth should be encouraged to do higher education > youth to participate in extempore, debate etc. in schools and colleges >youth to respect elders > youth for truth > we need to inculcate spirit of patriotism amongst them > youth can visit any country all by his/her own

Compulsory Joining of " NCC " shall bring total cures to lot many burning issues right now plagued with Indian Youth i.e. Physical Training, Patriotism, Respect for other castes & creed i.e. Social Integration, Level playing field for Rich & Poor, Educated & Under Educated and most vitally Breeding of Leaders amongst them for Various field including Military. .

I think create or provide platform for youth .a platform where youth can represent his/her idea related for developing India, digital India You have to give chance for youth to represent themselves in front of India . You have to give chance to express their thoughts.leadership qualities we can't develope they come automatically .so if you want that qualities to come out then you have to provide such environment such platform . Make National Cadre Core compulsory for every youth. This will inculcate most required discipline in to them. This will integrate them with other cast & creed.The trained youth could be used any time for disaster management..NCC will build their physic. The camp activities away from home of 2 months shall perform wonders like construction of roads, check dams, creation of afforestation in desert + hills, constructions of water ways & sewage/ gutter and select army candidates out of them,

ALLOW THE YOUTH TO FAIL , IN OUR COUTRY FAILURE IS TABOO , WE WILL HAVE TO WORK TOWARDS REMOVING THIS TABOO. HE MORE THEY WILL FALL THE MORE THEY WILL RISE.
