leaders are not born they are made, good education and environment will give clear way of think in a right but education in India is very sad. Only one way to solve our education problem is to get a rule telling that all government employee kids should study in government school are else they can't work in govt, just imagine if IAS or IPS offer girl or son is study in govt school will govt teachers will negligent about there work. i dont know whether it will Modi ji, if it reach pls get this.

Few r naturally gifted with leadership qualities and many acquire through training & mentors. Introducing awareness at school level through specialists gives early insight to understand essential leadership aspects viz., emotional intelligence(to understand self, know others feelings, manage stress, analyse differences & ability to solve problems) and influence ability (guides situation approach, how to persuade, bridge differences etc). For youth, appropriate training & videos will help.

Education alone is not enough for developing leadership qualities. Teaching our culture and tradition of our country is must. A leader is one who needs to take responsibility of failures and give all credit of success to his or her team. We all need to instill such values to our youth like patience, punctual, decision making abilities, executing the decisions, less talk and more work, no loose talk, keeping calm and concentrate on ones duties & responsibilities. Always keep healthy to keep going.

Create a volunteer organization of youth for helping the common man. They should be on part time payment with responsibility. They could be college students. They will be deployed as guides in public places, out offices, ticket checkers in trains and buses, for issuing Adhar cards or election cards. They will wear an overcoat and easily identifiable. They will help private people to solve issues with Govt. and other agencies. Even it could be in banks, for opening accounts.

1. Make it mandatory for every youth to serve for minimum 3 weeks in defence - akin Singapore model 2. Each one teach one - brownie/reward points if the illiterate people you have taught passes nodal body exams - example NIOS. These reward points can be redeemed for mobile recharge or other goodies 3. Run a campaign in his/her locality outlining Swachh Bharat and relevant Govt. schemes for that cluster. Based on people availing schemes from that cluster, link again to reward points

College youth should be given opportunities to work in relevant field, explore for themselves their strengths, weaknesses, and know their talents & interests. Now we do not have much opportunities. For ex., even a non computer science student finds opening only in IT sector. If given chance of pursuing their own interests they will surely shine. We shall have life skills training for all students.
