creating a environment or rather providing such environment so that after passing class 10th they dont have to ask others or even parents what they have to do in future..they have the freedom to take right decisions without any pressure..I think teachers and school should have to play the most important role in developing leadership qualities... in india youth have lots of idea bt cant implement just because no support or lack of confidence or no platform.this problem has to be sort out

अच्छे नेतृत्व के लिये अच्छे शब्दों का प्रयोग।अंतर्गत वालो की अवश्यकताओं को भी समझ कर अपनत्व बढ़ाये।फिर आदेश भी करे तो प्रभावपूर्ण होगा।स्वंयं के या निजी उद्देश्य के कार्य न करायें ।

एक प्रभावशाली नेतृत्व के लिए ऊँचा ध्येय होना आवश्यक है।ध्येय या लक्ष्य यदि छोटा है तो हमारे साथी हमें अपना लीडर नहीं मान सकते और किनारा या अवहेलना करेंगे।देशहित,उन्नत राष्ट्र का ऊँचा ध्येय अपने अधिनस्त या सहयोगियों तो क्या दुसरे भी क्या विपरीत लोगो को भी अपने उद्देश्य में सहयोग करने के लिए बाध्य कर देगा।सबसे जरुरी समूह को आदेश से पहले नेता का मुख्य व्यक्ति का आचरण,स्वंयं के उस आदेश का अनुपालन बहुत आवश्यक है।फिर तो सभी को लेकर बड़े बड़े कार्य किया जा सकते है।

Their confidence levels must increase. Experience/ practice builds confidence levels. Encouragement is needed for them to continuous practice. Clarity of thought is necessary for a proper goal to practice Clarity comes with proper guidance and knowledge. One must be with open mind and shed ego to acquire knowledge. The world around us continuously teaches us but are we ready to explore, execute and expand. Person committed for a cause and who has highest integrity shall become a leader.

Youth has to be encouraged to take up politics as career, but what about his source of income, Many among todays youth want to be a part of political system, but because of Family Commitments they end up completely commited to the jobs what they do, and dont find any time for politics apart from voting, can there be any mechanism wherein such young talented people can be supported and brought into politics, else only dynastic politics or followers of a political leaders will be in politics.

Promoting sports ab inito. Lets make sansad in our schools so that every student participate in activities. Lets make extra curriculum activities important and assess them extra marks

We should arrange regular training sessions and seminars to get the youths motivated and get their mental and physical power towards positive direction like " Make in India". Also government should ensure that loan from local banks must be provided to all willing candidates without any difference ( I got one such input from one of SBI manager some time back that loans are not available for general candidates.. even I could not get it for setting up SME /manufacturing unit. it should not be !!

Youth promotion for politics

Every girl & boy be monitor of class for equal period, dividing fields of disciplline, sports, art, study etc Each school, college to have ministries with fields viz each subject, discipline, sports, art etc. Each girl & boy to participate in the ministry for specific period. Common news reading period in every classroom; every girl & boy alternatively reads news. A lecture every day by a student; every girl & boy to evenly participate. Prohibiting political parties in schools, colleges.
