Every individual born has a inbuilt leader. The only difference is some are able to find out the one in them and some are not. we must boost the self confidence within the individuals that even they can come up becoming a leader. We can conduct personality development sessions to make the youth confident and fearless. We can held seminars for the youths from the young age itself on topics like Betterment of the nation, individual contribution needed for the nation, developing unity among the youths

It is very tough to pursue higher studies in India.Due to reservations and less options etc.We lose intelligent youngsters as they seek for opportunities outside India since it is easily accessible there .We lose money these students invest there .India can only develop with the help of youngsters .Kindly requesting PM to take necessary actions .

R/Sir As you have taken steps reforming the selection process in judiciary, kindly takenote of the medical council of india as well as it is the all powerful regulatory body of medical structure of India. No country can progress with a negligent health structure and the situation of medical education in India is pitiful and full of corruption. If doctors will keep on bearing the brunt of sold seats and reservation policy of India, country will keep on loosing its healing hands to brain drain.Hoping
