Self confidence and belief in self. It is true that that there has to be a Guru without whom the life is directionless. The ideal Guru is ones own mother. Her blessing takes one to great heights. Be worthy of a son/daughter, and one will be worth the society and needy. One should seek guidance but one should not depend on guidance. To me that is the first and foremost leadership quality one should develop.

Respected Sir, There is a extreme concern on the Ground Water levels in our locality. None of the Govt.Sources and Pvt. agencies are taking any steps on this. Land would be dry after a year or 2. We need to strive for a movement to increase the awareness about this ASAP. Need your valuable inputs on this.

we have to launch new missions like MGNREGA for youth and it will develop human values and leader ship quality. for ex;running of orphanage or old age homes and we can pay for them,.

The censor board should have great visionaries, people from different religions with veto power. People who think -media is not only freedom of expression but also has a duty bound towards the country.Service oriented people like our soldiers, doctors , teachers. people from legal system.

The film and media should not only project what is happening in the society, but also endeavor to show the society what an ideal India , should be. A film like PK was censored by the censor board.Some did not like it . In a multifarious society like India more caution has to be taken. Its always A Spark Neglected that burns the House.The film in general was great but its the bits that cause harm. The censor could have advised the changes -instead of washing their hands off, by passing the film.

the youth should read the books of the great leaders and watch movies like marykom, sardar,nayak n so on

Sir, you are a man with a vision. The vision to see India at a great position. Your mission has been successful to a certain extent. But, does the mass understand and share the same zeal as You do. The media especially films play a major role in educating the people as they have a mass appeal. I request you to address the countries ministers ,bureaucrats, the corporate , the media and the film makers. Every one wants a great India. They will be a great support to you.

the foundation for leadership should be laid since childhood by schools... instead of focussing on the ledership skills during adolescence emphasis should be laid to develop these qualities from class 5-6 as the brain can be moulded easily towards any direction at that age... and the schools should play a role in developing these leaders
