Modi sir U always says that 65% youth youth youth..... it doesn't matter how much quantity u have.. matter is only n only quality... if u really want to develop qualty in youth.. . Step:1- abolish indian education system. Step:2- pls prohibit all tobacco products for which are upto 25 yr... Its very vast problem of our youth.. for children which are below 15,, smoking is very usual.. n after 18 they used marijuana smake.... which is easily available everywhere in india...

There are many factor which makes a youth to a perfect Leader.(1) Quality education -which is not provided in govt school.(2) Equal opportunity to deprive community. This is also a main factor when a efficient and capable person doesn't become leader.AS BBC survey 2012, if you want success than check your caste.Survey was conducted in 1000 pvt and govt organization.there is no value of merit in india. If you belonging upper class you will become good leader in any where.

1.Youth can be guided to take up small businesses inside the college campus with the help of a working capital so as to get acclimatized with the real issues. 2.Youth can be made to work with Geologists, geographers, History prof.s and Archeologists -in field work. They shall get first hand knowledge and practical experience of such things. Also in tourism and Hotel Management can bring in practicals like choosing a historical place near their hometown. They can act as tourist guides and Chefs.

sir. i think u can organise SHIVIRS in some areas with marketing like SWACH BHARAT ABHIYAN by inviting all those who are interested. The team at these shivirs should have experts in leadership and required field. The willing persons are first judged and then provided by apt. directions of those who have tendency to mould someone's beahaviour and thinking in a positive direction.

Hon.PM,India, After submission of my previous five innovative schemes and proposals, I am here submitting an extract of my new proposal on "Gramin Mitra". Please think on it and reply. "PROPOSAL ON APPOINTING 'GRAMIN MITRA'(FRIEND OF VILLAGERS) IN THE VILLAGES" »Appoint a well educated gramin mitra in every village, between the villagers of that village, which works as a link between govt. and villagers. »A gramin mitra basically plays a role of conscious(vigilant) citizen. »The quality of life indicators such as primary education, employment, safe drinking water, open defecation free village, toilets in individual houses as well as public places, solid and liquid waste management, cleanliness of all public places as well as individual houses, pucca roads and streets, transport and last mile connectivity, power and street lights, primary health centre, internet connectivity and availability of basic services through common services centre or GP, reduction in infant mortality rate and maternal mortality rate, etc. are assessed by him. »He makes awareness in the villages about the govt. schemes and helps to provide the benefits of the schemes to the needy people. »He works for the involvement of villagers to create a mass movement to improve quality of life in the villages. »He take efforts to stop the leakage of students from the schools and to increase their quantity in the schools. He also monitors the attendance of teachers in the schools, doctors in the PHC and other govt. employee and report it to the respective superior departments. »He makes awareness and works against castism, female foeticide, child marrige, honour killing and other social problems. »He provide a common platform to all the villagers for their queries and complaints. Any villager having any type of query or complaint about any govt. official or service can directly submit it in the office of gramin mitra. It is the duty of gramin mitra to forward them in a proper format to the respective departments(as majority of villagers are unaware of where and how to register a complaint and from where to get information). In this way active participation of the villagers in village administration can enhance the quality of serviceand reduce corruption. »Before appointing the gramin mitra, govt. have to give him training about basic laws, consumer protection act, right to information act, prevention of atrocities act, etc. »If there is any complaint about him, the villagers can register it toward tahsildar. »The assessment of his work can be done on village formation day and he can be rewarded for good work. In this way an improved quality of life can be achieved in the villages. With regards, A. Y. Bajad
