This will inculcate the idea of selfless service and leadership in the minds of young Indians.

Sports other areas of art, crafts even the photography and travel n tourism , hospitality and self employment all are neglected in India. Outside India people take pride in doing any work even it means being electrician or garage owners but india its not same case.
